RyanAir Complaint

Ryanair, in my opinion make even easyjet look good. I have found ryanair flights to be late (flights to and from Denmark and Dublin), too hot then freezing cold, the seats don't go back, there are no magazine racks or places to put your bottles, the food often isn't available and the drinks (beer, soft drinks) are warm.

Apart from that, there's not much to choose between them...

Oh, and the online booking is an absolute nightmare - a 10€ flight ends up being nearly 100€ with taxes, baggage, insurance (which you have to be careful to switch off if you don't require it), speedy boarding, etc..... They should not be allowed to offer flights at a price which it's impossible to buy them for...

yet another rip off

Just tried to book a flight to Barcelona. All fine n dandy until it comes to payment time. I put in my Visa electron card number and then get the "sorry, card type does not match [ip02itx]" message and I can't continue. the only way I can continue is selecting the visa credit card type (I haven't had a credit card in over 10 years), and paying the extra £4.95. Easyjet Complaint number 2266 update

It's now December 14th and my father still hasn't had his luggage returned since easyjet lost it on Monday 18th September 2006. Hilarious - I seriously doubt any of the 'proper' airlines would get away with treating their regular users in such a manner.

Easyjet Complaint number 2266

My father came to Barcelona for the weekend, only to return home to the UK on Easyjet flight 2266, Monday 18th September 2006 to find that Easyjet had lost his luggage. A week later, he still hasn't got it bad.

Easyjet Complaint number 2270 #3

I've just tried calling the easyjet customer services number to get a refund for the disrutpions to Barcelona airport on July 28th and there is a queue in excess of 30 minute, or 3€. When will this get sorted?????
