easyjet complaint #2270 number 4
Outbound and inbound flights to and from Barcelona late again - leaves on the line or something. At least we didn't get redirected to Stanstead this time. easyJet - the low-quality airline...

Dear easyjet
I would like to make a complaint.I have e-mailed a number of times and got no reply.On Tuesday 5th August I was supposed to return to the UK from Murcia airport on booking in for my return flight at 21.15 hours I was told the flight 6452 would be delayed by one hour at 20.30 hours I looked at the display board and the flight came up cancelled.It came over the speaker system that passengers of flight 6452 had to go to the swissport desk.When I got to the desk I enquired how long the flight would be cancelled.I was told the earliest flight to my destination would be Saturday the 9th August flight number EZY6454 departure time 18.25 hours.I had three children with me.I had to get a taxi back to the hotel costing me E240.00 four extra nights in hotel E220.00 meals E336.00 my children missed there swimming lesson which were already paid for £6.00 and a 70s night do which was already paid for £15.00

do not use easyjet. Even if it is cheap or looks cheap. If something goes wrong, which is very likely, they are not going to help you and it will be very expensive. stay away.
